Previous project that I had, done and handover on 2018.

New renovated unit with existing layout and bedrooms, were required to go down site measurement and proposing idea that we have for their requirements.

The whole rendering is done by using Rhinoceros 3D and Photoshop.

Living room concept:

- Clean seamless and hidden cabinet.

- Hidden storage

Bedroom 1:

Requirement:

- Wedding picture

- Bed island

- Reading light

- Cozy warm light warmer than living room

Bedroom 2:

Requirement:

- Have a table for studies.

- Space for figurine

- Cupboard for toys and book

Concept:

- Japanese bedroom style with a storage below

- Floating table, minimize space with folding table functions

- Figurine or bookshelf Infront bed, a whole idea of combining bed and shelf together.

Bedroom 3:

Elderly room requirement:

- Cupboard for books

- Space for Plants

- Elderly friendly
